Caramelised Balsamic (Stunning)

For all lovers of balsamic, drizzle over Bruschetta, salads, or baste fish and meats.  Great stirred through Spanish onions, tomatoes, and mushrooms and/or bok-choy.  Drizzle over a Quiche or stir into a soup.  Surprisingly fantastic for dipping strawberries!

Dukkah (Tast) Pistachio, Chilli or Cracked Pepper

Traditionally served with crusty bread dipped in Extra Virgin Olive Oil then Dukkah.  Sprinkle over salads, pumpkin soup, pasta, or stir-fry.  Try grilled cheese on Turkish sprinkled with Dukkah.  Mix with breadcrumbs and coat chicken, veal or fish and pan-fry.  Fantastic added to pizza base.

Drizzles (exotic) - Kaffir Lime & Chilli

Use as a salad - splash, drizzle over pasta or use as a marinade over meats.  Roll vegetables in your favourite drizzle and bake.  Drizzle over seafood.

Lemon Pressed Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Great to use with Dukkah for dipping a favourite treat, or a superb dressing on salads.  Try a little in a pasta dish.  Delicious drizzle over seafood.
