Cocoa Farm Chocolates are produced by Farm by Nature. Farm by Nature is run by the passion to use only the best ingredients to offer chocolate lovers delicious chocolates. And the reason they call themselves Cocoa Farm is because they are actually growing the first cocoa farm plantation in Australia!

Their wine chocolates are an indulgent and award winning range which uniquely partners their Milk and Dark chocolate blend with succulent raisins that have been infused and plumped with some of Australia's finest wines: Peppery Shiraz, Spicy Pinot Noir and Fruity Merlot. The result is a truly unique, rich and smooth mouth watering chocolate. They also have a no added sugar chocolate range which contains no added sugar, only 0,5% natural sugar (see note), and is also low in carbs!

Available in classic Creamy Milk and Rich Dark chocolate……and they've created some delicious fruit and nut combinations that will truly tantalise your taste buds: Exotic Mango Lime and Chilli and decadent Hazelnut and Coffee.

Cocoa Farm also has an organic chocolate range and select only the finest organically grown ingred. They are GM free and they never over process or add anything artificial, so you can enjoy nature's wholesome best. And Cocoa Farm isn't just a cute name – they are actually growing Australia's first cocoa plantation at their farm in Tropical North Queensland. The first of these little Aussie beans will be harvested in 2010 and used to create a range of Australian Cocoa Farm products.
